I'm Sandra Bain
For many years, I’ve been immersed in the personal development world, watching firsthand the incredible power of group connection. I’ve seen how coming together - sharing stories, struggles, and breakthroughs - can completely transform someone’s journey.
I too, have been on the receiving end of some not-so-pleasant life lessons, and having like minded souls standing by your side during a healing moment, is highly underestimated.
Not long ago, I found myself deep in depression, unsure of who I was or where I was heading. The days just kept getting darker and darker, and I knew I needed a SERIOUS reset.
So, I made the brave decision to rent out my house, pack up my life, and leap into the unknown through house and pet sitting. What started as a way to shake things up became the most liberating choice of my life.
Earlier this year, I spent three months traveling solo across Canada - from west to east - falling in love with the journey, the people I met, and most importantly, reconnecting with myself. On that trip, I found not only my confidence but also my passion and purpose: to inspire women to break free from limitations, rediscover themselves, and create a life that feels deeply authentic.
Workshops and retreats have always been where my heart sings - watching strangers arrive with walls up, only to leave as friends, lighter, braver, and more empowered. Not everyone can travel to those spaces, which is why I created the Empowered HER community: an online home where you can still feel that connection, growth, and inspiration - no matter where you are.
And for those who can join in person? Keep an eye out for Empowered Escapes - retreats in beautiful locations where we’ll do exactly what this community is all about: grow, heal, and empower, together.
