HER Mind Body SpiritĀ PRESENTS:
šŗ"SEA & SELF SANCTUARY"šŗ
A 7-Day Pacific Island Escape for Women Ready for Connection, Adventure and Some Bloody Good Memories
When:Ā Feb 21-28, 2027
Departs: Brisbane. Returns: Brisbane.
Destination: Pacific Islands - Noumea, Lifou, Mystery Island
Cruise Ship: CarnivalĀ Luminosa
What if you gave yourself seven days where you didnāt have to cook, clean, rush, organise everyone else or think about what needs doing next?
Seven days to explore beautiful islands, laugh until your cheeks hurt, have conversations you didnāt know you needed, and spend time with women who may arrive as strangers... but donāt necessarily leave that way.
Thereāll be beautiful destinations, incredible ocean views and plenty of time to simply enjoy being on holiday.
But if our last Sea & Self Sanctuary taught me anything, itās this:
The cruise gives us the backdrop. The friendships, conversations and memories become the story.
Come do something wonderful with us.
You might make friends. You might learn something about yourself.Ā ButĀ youāre definitely going to make some bloody good memories.
This isnāt about becoming a ābetterā version of yourself.
Itās about giving the woman you already are something to look forward to.
A week where you can laugh, explore, have conversations that actually mean something, meet women you might never have crossed paths with otherwise... and enjoy the freedom of having nowhere else you need to be.
Thereāll be quiet moments when you want them.
Thereāll also be cocktails, dinners, island adventures, ridiculous amounts of laughter and probably a few moments none of us could possibly plan for.
Because sometimes you donāt need to work on yourself.
Sometimes you just need to go and live a little.
PICTURE THIS...
Imagine wandering the deck at sunrise,
bare feet, hair messy, no agenda.
Nobody asking you for anything.
No deadlines.
No dinner to cook.
No inbox to clear.
Just the ocean, the sky, and the sound of your own breath again.
You order a coffee.
You sit.
You stare at the horizon.
And for the first time in a long timeā¦there's nowhere else you need to be.
Maybe you sit there for ten minutes.Ā Maybe someone from the group wanders over and joins you, and ten minutes somehow turns into an hour of talking and laughing.
Maybe you decide to grab breakfast together.Ā Or maybe you stay exactly where you are and watch the ocean for a little longer.
No rushing. No planning the next thing.
Just seven days with the freedom to enjoy the moment you're actually in.
That's the kind of luxury I'm talking about.
Whatās Included in your Sanctuary Enrolment?
š¢ Besides the cruise element, of courseĀ (FebĀ 21st-28th, 2027)
Ā
š Your Hosted Sea & Self Sanctuary Experience
This isn't simply a group booking on a cruise ship.
Sea & Self Sanctuary is intentionally kept small, with just six women, so the experience feels personal from the very beginning.
I'll bring us together before we sail, create opportunities for connection throughout the week, organise our group time, conversations, group dinners and be right there experiencing the cruise alongside you.
You can join in as much or as little as feels right. There'll be plenty of time to do your own thing too.
What you're really joining is a small group of women who may arrive not knowing each other, but get to share seven days of conversations, laughter, adventure and experiences that would never happen if we were simply six strangers booking the same cruise.
The cruise is your holiday. Sea & Self Sanctuary is everything we create around it.
⨠Sanctuary Conversations
Some of the most valuable moments on our last cruise came from simply sitting together and talking.
So rather than formal workshops or classes, we'll make space for the deeper, more meaningful conversations about life, confidence, what's next, the things we're carrying, the things we're dreaming about... and whatever naturally unfolds along the way.
We will gather intentionally as a group, somewhere quiet with little distractions, but you'll also find the conversations tend to continue over dinner, coffee or a drink and continue long after we'd planned.
I'll bring along thoughtful topics, questions and ideas to get us started - usually based on what the collective group needs most - but there's no script and no pressure to share more than you want to. But remember, this will be a safe and encouraging space.
These are the kind of conversations we don't seem to make time for anymore.
š± Private Group Space
Our connection starts before we even board.
You'll have a private group space where we can get to know each other, share updates, ask questions, get excited about what's comingĀ AND stay connected throughout the cruise.
And when we come home? It stays open.
Because if our last cruise taught me anything, the conversations and friendships don't necessarily end when the ship docks.
šŗ Pre-Cruise Connection Call (x2)
Before we set sail, we'll jump online together so everyone can meet, ask questions, talk through what to expect and put a few faces to names before we arrive at the terminal.
Especially helpful if you're coming alone - because by embarkation day, you won't be walking up to a group of complete strangers.
A gentle hello before the ocean welcomes you.
š Post-Cruise Catch-Up
Once we're home, we'll get together online one more time.
A chance to catch up, laugh about the things that happened, share favourite memories and talk about anything the week may have stirred up for you.
Mostly though... I suspect we'll just really want to see each other again.
I know I personally missed everyone within the first week of being home.

š¢ A Taste of Life on Board: CarnivalĀ Luminosa
Step aboard the Carnival LuminosaĀ - your home for the 7-day Sea & Self SanctuaryĀ - and youāll feel it pretty quickly⦠this ship has a slightly different feel to it.
Itās a little more relaxed, a little more spacious⦠and just that touch more refined without trying too hard.
There are plenty of places to eat, drink, sit, wander, or just be. You might start your morning with a quiet coffee looking out over the ocean⦠grab something easy for lunch⦠then find yourself lingering a little longer over dinner as the sun goes down.
During the day, youāve got pools, quiet corners, little pockets of space where you can stretch out, read, nap, or do absolutely nothing without feeling like you should be doing something.
And if you feel like being around people, thereās always something happening - live music, lounges, places to sit and chat - but itās easy to dip in and out of that as you please.
And that's what I love about life onboard.
You can have the slow morning with a coffee and the ocean, then find yourself laughing over lunch, watching a show, listening to live music, having drinks with the girls or staying at dinner far longer than planned because nobody wants the conversation to end.
Thereās room for quiet when you want it, fun when you feel like it, and plenty of those completely unplanned moments that somehow become the ones you remember most.
šļø Shore-Side Dreams: The Pacific Awaits
Each port brings something completely different... and that's half the fun.
NoumƩa gives us that beautiful French-Pacific mix, with ocean views, cafƩs, beaches and plenty to explore.
Lifou is the kind of place that stays with you. White-sand beaches, turquoise water, cliffs, caves and those pinch-me moments when you look around and realise this is actually where you are.
Mystery Island is pure tropical-island goodness. Powdery white sand, crystal-clear water and the chance to swim, explore, wander the shoreline or simply find yourself a beautiful spot and enjoy being there.
Some days we'll explore together - including a group experience I'm planning for us in Lifou. At other ports, you'll be able to choose the excursion or experience that suits you, whether that's joining some of the other women, heading off on your own, or even staying onboard and enjoying a quieter (and more budget-friendly!) day on the ship.
I'll share excursion ideas and options before we sail so you have plenty of time to decide what you'd like to do and book ahead where needed.
There's no pressure for everyone to do everything together. This is your holiday too.
However you choose to spend your island days, there'll be plenty of stories to swap when we all meet up again later.
š« Why This Ship MatchesĀ Our Sanctuary Vibe
Carnival Luminosa gives us exactly what we need for Sea & Self Sanctuary - plenty of choices without feeling like we have to be doing something every minute of the day.
There are beautiful spaces where we can gather for our Sanctuary Conversations, restaurants and lounges for long dinners and drinks, entertainment when we're ready for some fun, and plenty of quieter places when you feel like disappearing with a book or watching the ocean for a while.
That's the beauty of having seven days together.
We can come together, wander off, explore, laugh, talk, rest... and meet back up again later with another story to tell.
There's room for all of it.
Ā
šļø Cabin Choices & Why Booking Early Matters
On board Carnival Luminosa, there are several cabin styles to choose from, depending on your budget and how you'd like to experience the week.
Interior cabins are the most budget-friendly option and perfect if you plan to spend most of your time out enjoying the ship and islands.
Ocean View cabins give you natural light and your own little glimpse of the ocean without stepping up to balcony pricing.
Balcony cabins give you your own private outdoor space - somewhere to sit with a coffee, watch us sail in and out of ports, or simply step outside and take in that incredible ocean view.
Suites offer more space and comfort for those wanting to make the week feel that little bit extra special.
Why booking earlier matters
The cruise may still be months away, but Carnival continues selling cabins every day.
That means the longer you wait, the cabin type or location you'd really love may no longer be available - particularly if you're hoping for a balcony, suite or a specific area of the ship.
Booking earlier also gives you more time to plan, save and pay off your cruise before we sail.
You don't need to have the entire holiday paid for today.Ā
You simply need to secure your place while you still have the best choice available.
Ā š” Approximate twin-share fares (per person)
(These vary with season, availability, and upgrades. Use as a rough guideline.)
| Cabin Type | Indicative Fare* |
|---|---|
| Interior | From ~ AUDĀ 945 |
| Ocean-View | From ~ AUDĀ 1,065 |
| Balcony | From ~ AUDĀ 1,160 |
| Suite / Premium | From ~ AUDĀ 1,823 |
*Based on current 7-night sailing trends for Carnival Luminosa. Pricing may shift depending on booking time, cabin availability, and any inclusions or upgrades. Youāll be able to connect with our Travel Partner to find the best option for you.
š Thinking of bringing someone with you?
Sharing a cabin with a friend, sister, mum or someone else you already know can significantly reduce the cost per person compared with travelling solo.Ā
It can also make the experience even more special - you get to share the adventure with someone you love, while still becoming part of our little Sea & Self Sanctuary group.Ā Although some of our ladies on previous cruises agree that the extra cabin fee is totally worth it, to have the space all to yourself.
Just a little note: I don't pair women together as roommates, so if you'd like to take advantage of twin-share pricing, you'll need to bring your own cabin buddy.

šĀ About Me
I'm Sandra - a freedom seeker, traveller, conversation lover and a big believer that life is meant to be lived, not endlessly put off until āsomeday.ā
And trust me... I know a thing or two about waiting.
I didn't leave Australia until I was 45.
For years there was always a reason. I was waiting for someone to come with me. Waiting for the right time. Waiting until I had more money. Waiting until it felt easier.
Then eventually I realised that if I kept waiting for everything to line up perfectly, I might spend my whole life watching other people have the experiences I wanted to have.
So I started saying yes.
I've since travelled solo across Canada for three months, ticked things off my bucket list I once only dreamed about, hosted my first group of women at sea... and discovered just how much life can open up when you're willing to give something a go.
But as much as I love the travel and adventure, I've discovered there's something I love even more.
Watching another woman start saying yes to herself.
I saw it over and over again on our first Sea & Self Sanctuary.
I watched smiles get bigger as the week went on. I watched women try things they weren't sure they could do, then come back absolutely beaming. I heard āOh, this is the BEST thing ever!ā more times than I can count.
I watched confidence return. I watched women realise they were braver and more capable than they'd given themselves credit for. And I watched friendships form between women who may never have crossed paths in ordinary life.
But some of my favourite moments were much quieter.
Walking down a hallway together when someone would suddenly turn to me and say, āThank you, Sandra.ā
No big speech. No dramatic moment. Just a few words that told me this week had meant something to her.
Those moments get me every time.
Because I know what it takes to finally choose yourself. To spend the money. Take the time. Book the ticket. Leave the responsibilities at home and say, I'm doing this for me.
And when I see a woman standing on an island, laughing with new friends, trying something she never thought she'd do, or simply looking happier and lighter than she did a few days earlier... I'm ridiculously proud of her.
Maybe that's why I love creating these experiences so much.
I know what my own life looked like when I was still waiting. And I know how much has happened since I stopped.
I don't want to spend my life waiting anymore. And IĀ really love watching other women stop waiting too.
š·Ā Picture: Me doing the hairy-scary thing and traveling solo across Canada for 3 months in 2025, ticking off the bucket list as I went.Ā
Who This Experience Is For
Sea & Self Sanctuary might be calling your name if...
š You love the idea of travelling, but don't necessarily want to do it alone.
š You're ready to have something exciting on the calendar that's just for you.
š You'd love to meet other women, have meaningful conversations, laugh a lot and see what friendships might unfold.
š You've spent a lot of your life looking after everyone else and you're ready to give yourself some time too.
š You want more than simply ticking destinations off a list - you want experiences you'll actually remember.
š You're craving a little adventure, but still want the freedom to slow down, disappear for some alone time or do your own thing when you feel like it.
š Maybe you've been waiting for a friend, partner or someone else to travel with... and you're starting to wonder whether it's time to stop waiting.
š Or maybe life is actually pretty good and you simply want to get out there and live more of it.
You don't need to arrive wanting to change your life.
You don't need to be going through something.
And you certainly don't need to have everything figured out.
You just need to be willing to say yes to seven days that might give you far more than you expected.
Who This Experience Might Not Be Right For (Right Now)
Sea & Self Sanctuary probably isn't the right fit if...
š You're looking for a completely solo holiday with very little group interaction.
š You want every hour of every day planned for you. There'll be things we do together, but there'll also be plenty of freedom to choose how you spend your time.
š You're not interested in getting to know the other women or being part of the group experience.
š Meaningful conversations aren't really your thing. You never have to share anything you don't want to, but conversation and connection are a big part of what makes this experience special.
š You'd prefer a traditional retreat with a full schedule of workshops, classes and structured personal development.
š Or you're simply looking for the cheapest possible way to take a Pacific Island cruise. Sea & Self Sanctuary includes a separate enrolment because you're joining a small, hosted experience built around the cruise itself.
You don't have to be outgoing.
You don't have to want to do everything with the group.
And you definitely don't have to arrive ready to tell six strangers your life story. š
But you do need to come with an open mind, a willingness to connect... and perhaps a little curiosity about what seven days like this might give you.
š Ready to join us?
Joining Sea & Self Sanctuary happens in two simple steps:
1. Secure your Sea & Self Sanctuary place below.
This reserves one of just six spaces in our group.
2. I'll connect you with Zoe, our Travel Partner.
She'll help you choose and book the Carnival cabin that suits you best.
Your cruise fare is paid separately to the travel agent, so you can choose the cabin style and payment options that work for you.
Ready to say yes? Let's get you on that ship. š¢š
šŗ OneĀ Final Note
When I planned the first Sea & Self Sanctuary, I had plenty of ideas about what I hoped the women would take away from the week.
But the truth is, some of the best parts were things I never could have planned.
The friendships.
The conversations that started over dinner and kept going long after we'd finished eating.
The woman who tried something she'd been afraid to do.
The laughter. The tears. The quiet little āThank you, Sandraā moments when I knew the week had meant far more to someone than just a holiday.
And the women who arrived not really knowing each other... but didn't leave that way.
That's what I'm excited to create again.
I can't promise you what your favourite moment will be.
Maybe it'll happen on a beautiful beach in Lifou. Maybe it'll be something someone says during one of our conversations. Maybe it'll be laughing around a dinner table, watching the ocean from the deck, or doing something you never expected yourself to do.
Maybe it'll simply be the feeling of waking up each morning knowing the whole day ahead belongs to you.
That's the beautiful thing about a week like this.
You don't know which moments are going to become the memories you carry home.
You just have to be there to make them.
So if there's a little part of you reading this and thinking...God, I'd love to do this.
Maybe it's time to listen to her.
Come do something wonderful with us.
You might make friends. You might learn something about yourself.
ButĀ you're definitely going to make some bloody good memories. š
