I’m Sandra - a lifestyle coach and freedom-seeker who believes life is meant to be lived, not merely survived.
I help women break free from limitations, embrace adventure, and start living authentically. I do this through retreats, workshops, 1:1 coaching sessions that support you in building a life that actually feels like yours.
I’ve learned something along the way:
Most of us are waiting.
Waiting for things to settle down, for someone to join us, for the timing to feel right, for our confidence to magically appear.
I know...because I did this too. I never left Australia until 2023 (at 45yrs old) because I was waiting for someone to go with, the right timing, having the money...etc.
But life doesn’t open its doors to the woman who hesitates - it opens to the woman who says yes, even when her knees are shaking.
I don’t believe in perfection, “someday,” or permission slips from the world around you.
I believe in living while we’re here.
Taking the trip.
Doing it alone if you have to.
Doing it scared if you must.
Trusting the part of you that whispers, “I want more than this.”
I’m not here to fix you or push you into someone else’s version of success.
I’m here to walk beside you while you become the woman you already know you can be - the one who steps into her life instead of standing on the sidelines of it.

What a weekend it was with Sandra…
I found it to be a REAL look into myself and what I can become, and also what patterns need to change!!!
With the guidance of Sandra and her "oh snap" moments, I was able to break through and start to see my worth again...and make changes for the future!
I highly recommend for anyone that seems "stuck" or "not sure" to have a go and see what your future can turn into!!!
